Precision is essential for structural aesthetics. If your initial archive requires a size adjustment within 14 days of delivery, we activate our Seamless Fit Assurance:

• The Provision: You are eligible for a Complimentary One-Time Exchange to calibrate your fit.
• The Logistics: We will forge and dispatch a replacement in your calibrated size via Priority Express at zero cost to the steward.
• The Steward’s Privilege: For the initial exchange, you are not required to return the original archive. Retain it as a backup or a gift to a peer who values resilience.

II. STANDARD RETURNS & REFUNDS (14-DAY WINDOW)

We offer a 14-day return window from the documented date of delivery. If the archive does not meet your expectations for a financial refund:

• Condition: Returns must be initiated within 14 days. Archives must be in their original, unworn state, including the weighted aluminum vault and the printed Resilience Guarantee.
• Restoration Fee (Restocking Fee): Due to the spectroscopic inspection and molecular re-certification required for 15.6g/cm³ materials, a 20% Integrity Restoration Fee (Restocking Fee) will be deducted from the final refund.
• Logistics: The steward is responsible for secured, insured return shipping. Original shipping fees and duties (DDP) are non-refundable.

III. LIFETIME RESILIENCE SUPPORT

Aura Brilliant stands by the structural integrity of our engineering beyond the initial 14-day window:

• Structural Breach: If your archive suffers a breakage due to accidental impact, we provide a lifetime replacement guarantee (shipping fees apply).
• Activation: Contact the Aura Brilliant Laboratory with photographic evidence to initiate the protocol.

IV. NON-RETURNABLE ARCHIVES & PERSONALIZATION

Personal Inscription: Archives with custom engravings are considered Final Sale and are ineligible for the 14-day return or 20% refund protocol.
