SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our archives for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

SECTION 2 - ARCHIVE SPECIFICATIONS & ACCURACY

Aura Brilliant archives are engineered using high-density materials, including Polycrystalline Tungsten with a density signature of 15.6 g/cm³ and a surface hardness of Mohs 9.0.

• Structural Characteristics: While our materials possess extreme hardness and scratch resistance, they are characterized by a crystalline structure that can be brittle under high-velocity accidental impact. This is a physical property of the material, not a defect.
• Material Evolution: Our 18K gold finishes are industrial-grade coatings designed to evolve. Natural oxidation and the development of a unique patina over time are considered features of the material's history.
• Natural Variations: Archives featuring organic inlays are unique records. Variations in pattern and grain constitute the individual archive's identity.

SECTION 3 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our archives are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, or discontinuance of the Service.

SECTION 4 - BILLING AND FAIR USE PROTOCOL

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In our sole discretion, we may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

Fair Use of Resilience Protocols: Our "Seamless Fit Assurance" (no-return exchange) is a privilege extended to our stewards to ensure absolute calibration. We reserve the right to audit exchange requests and limit this protocol to one incident per acquisition to prevent systemic abuse or fraudulent activity.

SECTION 5 - THIRD-PARTY TOOLS & LOGISTICS

We may provide access to third-party tools (such as international logistics tracking) over which we neither monitor nor have any control. You acknowledge that we provide access to such tools ”as is” without any warranties or conditions of any kind.

SECTION 6 - PROHIBITED USES

You are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (c) to submit false or misleading information regarding "Resilience Guarantee" claims.

SECTION 7 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no case shall Aura Brilliant, our directors, officers, or affiliates be liable for any injury, loss, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of the service or any archives procured using the service, except as expressly provided in our Resilience Guarantee.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Wyoming, in which Aurabrilliant LLC is registered.
