Precision is essential for structural aesthetics. If your initial archive requires a size adjustment, we activate our Seamless Fit Assurance to bypass the complexities of international return shipping:

• The Provision: You are eligible for a Complimentary Archive Exchange for your first sizing adjustment.
• The Logistics: We will forge and dispatch a replacement in your calibrated size via Priority Express at zero cost to you.
• The Steward’s Privilege: You are not required to return the original archive. We encourage you to retain it as a personal backup or gift it to a peer who values resilience.

II. STANDARD RETURNS & REFUNDS

We offer a 14-day alignment window from the date of delivery. If the archive does not meet your expectations for a full refund:

• Condition: Archives must be in their original, unworn state, including the weighted aluminum housing and the printed Aura Resilience Guarantee.
• Logistics: The steward is responsible for secured, insured return shipping to our distribution laboratory. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Restoration Fee: Due to the spectroscopic inspection and re-archiving process required for 15.6g/cm³ high-density materials, a 20% Integrity Restoration Fee will be deducted from the final refund.

III. LIFETIME RESILIENCE SUPPORT

Aura Brilliant stands by the structural integrity of our engineering. Our protection extends beyond manufacturing defects to encompass the life of the steward:

• Accidental Protection: Tungsten is eternal but, by nature, brittle. If your archive suffers a structural breach (breakage) due to accidental impact, we provide a lifetime replacement guarantee.
• Activation: Contact the Aura Brilliant Laboratory with photographic evidence of the breach to initiate a replacement.

IV. NON-RETURNABLE ARCHIVES & PERSONALIZATION

Personal Inscription Policy: Archives that have undergone our complimentary Personal Inscription service are considered "Final Sale." These pieces are uniquely calibrated to the steward and are ineligible for standard returns or refunds.

Modifications: Archives subjected to unauthorized third-party physical modification or trauma exceeding Mohs 9.0 limits are also ineligible for return. Our 18K plating is engineered to evolve; natural patina is considered a feature of the material's history, not a defect.
