Protocol 01 — Complimentary Archive Exchange

Precision is the cornerstone of structural aesthetics. Finding the correct fit is essential for a piece engineered to be worn for a lifetime.

If your initial sizing is not correct, Aura Brilliant provides one complimentary replacement in the correct size, shipped via priority express at no cost. You are not required to return the original archive — keep it as a spare, or gift it. This applies once per acquisition. Consult the Structural Band Calibration Guide before ordering to minimize the chance of a resize.

Protocol 02 — Standard 14-Day Return

If a structural band does not meet your expectations for reasons other than sizing, you may return it for a refund under the following terms:

• Window: 14 days from the date of delivery.
• Condition: The item must be unworn and in its original, undamaged state, including The Structural Vault and all included components.
• Return shipping: Customer-arranged, insured, and trackable, to:

• Non-refundable: Original shipping charges and duties are not refunded.
• Refund method: Full refund to the original payment method upon inspection of the returned item, typically within 5–10 business days of receipt.

Protocol 03 — Aura Resilience Guarantee (Lifetime)

Tungsten Carbide rates Mohs 9.0 for scratch resistance, but like any rigid structural material, it can fracture under extreme accidental impact rather than deform.

Aura Brilliant provides a lifetime structural replacement for archives that fracture under normal, accidental use. Contact support@aurabrilliantjewelry.com with photographic evidence of the damage and your order number. Replacement shipping fees apply; the structural band itself is replaced at no charge.

Protocol 04 — Material Evolution & Refurbishment

The 18K Gold Vacuum Ion-Deposition Interface will, over years of wear, develop a unique surface character we term Chronos Evolution. This is expected material behavior, not a defect.

If finish evolution exceeds your preference, professional re-plating and resurfacing services remain available to restore archival radiance. Contact support@aurabrilliantjewelry.com for current service pricing and turnaround.

Exclusions

• Personalized or engraved pieces are Final Sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
• Items showing unauthorized modification are excluded from all protocols above.
• Natural patina and finish evolution are considered intentional material aging, not damage — see Protocol 04.
